Vehicle Stolen Out Of Savannah, Tennessee Found In Tishomingo County Mississippi

On January 8, the Tishomingo County Sheriffs Department received a 911 call from a man saying he was following his stolen vehicle.

Eddie Hollins said he filed a report on his stolen 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Truck in Savannah Tennessee and he happened to notice it around the Tennessee/Mississippi line later one.

He confirmed that it was his stolen truck by the tag on it and called 911.

Law enforcement responded and around Highway 25 and County Road 488, Tishomingo County deputies stopped the truck.

Two occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody after the vehicle was confirmed to be stolen out of Savannah.

The driver was 40-year-old William Rhet “Bud” Durham. His passenger was not identified or charged at the time.

Durhan has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
