Two people were fatally shot on Saturday in Jackson.

According to Jackson Police Department, on Saturday tey began a death investigation that occurred in the 2600 block of Belvedere Drive. Detectives learned that two individuals had been shot and were pronounced deceased on scene. The victims’ identities are still being withheld pending next of kin notifications.
