In a collaborative effort involving the George County Sheriff’s Office, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, and the Lucedale Police Department, two individuals have been arrested on drug charges, with more arrests pending.

45-year-old Kendrick Booker, of Lucedale, was arrested for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance and is being held on a $15,000 bond.

29-year-old Christian McKenzie, also of Lucedale, was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance while in Possession of a Firearm and is being held on a $20,000 bond.

Both remain in custody, and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
