A Tupelo man is behind bars after allegedly kidnapping and raping two victims.
On August 16 and August 20, two separate victims filed reports with the Tupelo Police Department saying that an armed suspect held them against their will and sexually assaulted them.
After further investigation, 28-year-old Daniel A. Jones, from Tupelo, was charged with two counts of Kidnapping and four counts of Rape.
Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Allen ordered Jones to be held without bond. These charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
