The Tupelo Police Department was called to Bryson drive to help with a medical call on November 11.
During the call, the suspect, 28-year-old Robert Hulett, of Tupelo, became combative and assaulted a medic who was trying to help him.
Officers detained Hulett and transported him to LSO.
On November 14, he was given a bond of $20,000 for Simple Assault (Felony).
This case will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
