A traffic stop on Cedar Avenue and Poplar Street in Richton led to the seizure of illegal narcotics.
On December 15, Perry County Deputies along with Forrest/Perry Metro conducted a traffic stop in Richton.
Officers seized approximately a gram of what was believed to be crystal meth.
28-year-old Thomas Earwood was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.
