On Saturday November 18th JPD Officers were flagged down by a concerned citizen in the area of Queen Eleanor in reference to a burglary involving 3 juvenile suspects around 10:30pm. The 3 juveniles were located and detained on Flag Chapel Road.  After canvassing the area, officers located a Kia Soul that had been burglarized.  Witnesses observed the 14 year old male burglarize and attempt to steal the Kia by breaking out the window and breaking the steering column.

A 14 year old male was arrested and charged with vehicle burglary.

A 15 year old male was released to his father and is currently out on bond for 2 counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling

A 15 year old female was charged with possession of marijuana and released to her parents
