Morgan Howard

Yesterday morning the Perry County Sheriff’s Office received a report of several catalytic converters stolen from a mechanic business off Highway 42 in Runnelstown.
At the time, the owner provided some short footage on surveillance cameras showing a subject dressed in black.
We did not have any more information to go on at that time.
Early this morning, two subjects returned to the business to recover a catalytic converter that was left behind.
The owner contacted two men at a house next to the company after they were caught on surveillance video again.
Perry County Deputies responded to the house, and one man ran into the home.
Once inside, the man attempted to cut his hair to change his identity but was unsuccessful in cutting it all off before deputies took him into custody.
A woman was also found at the scene, along with several catalytic converters taken the night before.
They also found several thousand dollars worth of tools hidden in the woods from the business. The total estimated value taken was around $35,000.
Police arrested 33-year-old Mark Anthony Thompson and charged him with Grand Larceny.
21-year-old Dawson Dreyton Taylor was charged with Grand Larceny.
21-year-old Abigayle Joy Coker was charged with Grand Larceny.
