A Terry man was killed late Friday/early Saturday morning in a hit and run accident just north of intersection I-55 Frontage Road and Morgan Drive.

According to Terry Police Chief Michael Ivy, a man named Antonio Wade was walking and was hit by a car.

The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol’s Crash Team and the Hind’s County Coroner’s Office.
