A woman and her business, “Small Town Sass”, have been working hard to raise money for the K-9 unit at the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office.

According to Sheriff Tuggle, a woman named Lauren Wilkey and Small Town Sass has been raising money to benefit the K-9 unit.
She has been selling t-shirts and this has funded essential resources and continuous training and procurement of live-saving equipment for our K-0 team.
“Lauren and her team’s dedication exemplify the spirit of community and generosity. Their contributions significantly enhances the capabilities of the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our law enforcement efforts”.
The Sheriff’s Department thanked Lauren for her invaluable partnership and commitment to their mission.
