At 1:38 a.m. on Monday, November 7, the Starkville Police Department charged 45-year-old Arthur Holliday with disorderly conduct.
The Starkville Police Department said they received quite a few calls around 10:00 p.m. until the time of the arrest, in the Cotton District and central Starkville.
The calls were concerning Holliday knocking on doors and asking for money.
