The Starkville Police Department charged 68-year-old Michael Mobley (Starkville) with aggravated DUI for a June 30, 2023 collision that resulted in the death of a 71-year-old vehicle passenger.
Police said the deadly wreck happened on June 30, 2023 at around 7:24 p.m. One vehicle was involved in the wreck.
An SUV occupied by four individuals left the roadway at the intersection of Highway 12 and Bluefield Road. A 71-year-old vehicle passenger was declared deceased on scene.
