A Smith County man was arrested last week after deputies say they rolled up on him in the middle of an assault.
On October 12, 2022, Smith County Sheriff’s Office responded to an assault in progress in the Pineville area. Robin Dewayne Lott was arrested on scene and charged with felony Abuse of a Vulnerable Person and felony Possession of Methamphetamine. The sheriff’s department did not immediately release further information.
Lott has a bond amount of $50,000 that was set by a Justice Court Judge. This case will be turned over to District Attorney Chris Hennis to be presented to Grand Jury.
