The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 87-year-old Peggy Melvin of Laurel.
She is a white female, 5’4″tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green sweater and white pants.
Peggy was last seen Friday, November 11, at about 4 PM in the 600 block of Pear Orchard Rd in Madison County, driving in an unknown direction. She is believed to be in a 2013 white Ford, Escape bearing MS tag RAD7590.
Family members say Peggy Melvin suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Peggy Melvin, contact Ridgeland Police Department at 601-856-2121 or 911.
