Taste of Mississippi – Jackson – Monday, April 11, 2022 at The District at Eastover
Taste of Mississippi is a tasting event that offers culinary delights from fabulous area restaurants and beverages from local distributors, with a competition among participating restaurants for Best Appetizer, Best Entrée, Best Dessert, Best Presentation, and People’s Choice. For over thirty years, this event has garnered local and statewide support from restaurants who simply enjoy supporting Stewpot in its mission to feed, clothe, and shelter individuals who are homeless and in need.
All proceeds from Taste of Mississippi benefit Stewpot Community Services, whose mission is to provide for the needs of the poor, elderly, and disabled in Jackson’s metro area.
In 2019, this event raised more than $110,000 for Stewpot’s ministries.
The event will be held on April 11, 2022, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at The District at Eastover

Gulfport’s Taste, Rattle, & Roll – Gulfport – May 12, 2022 at The Centennial Plaza
Are you ready to Taste, Rattle & Roll? Get your tickets now for Gulfport Chamber of Commerce’s 9th annual Taste, Rattle & Roll fundraiser on Thursday, May 12. Stroll the streets around the beautiful fountains of Centennial Plaza as you sample food and drinks from more than 25 restaurants, caterers, bakeries and beverage vendors and music dances across the sea breeze. Last year was a sell-out so don’t wait too long!
This year, the Chamber is proud to partner with Mississippi Gulf Fresh Seafood to serve as a host site for the Mississippi Seafood Cookoff. While guests will enjoy local flavors and music by Gram Rea, Ty Taylor and Friends, top chefs from across the state of Mississippi will compete to be crowned the king or queen of Mississippi seafood.
When you register for your event ticket, you can also purchase chances winning one of the five gift baskets each valued at around $1,000 or more. The Grand Taste of Gulfport Prize include a $25 gift certificate to each of the food vendors participating in Taste, Rattle & Roll. Other themed prize packages will include: Her Taste, His Taste, Taste of Date Night, and Taste of Family Adventure.

Mark your calendars for the Taste of Tupelo presented by Barnes Crossing Auto Group! This business expo features over 100 businesses providing demonstrations, complimentary samples, and information. In addition to local restaurants, caterers, and bakeries, the Taste of Tupelo will feature exhibitors from various industries including healthcare, banking, manufacturing, retail, educational institutions, and more!
