JACKSON – The Mississippi State Department of Health said some county health departments across the state may be closed or operating on modified schedules due to weather or other conditions.
In an advisory posted by the agency, MSDH urged residents to check the most up-to-date information before visiting a local health department.
Updates and current closures are posted on the agency’s closures page, and officials said information is also available through the MSDH Healthy Mobile app and on the department’s main website.
