January 4, 5:00 p.m. UPDATE: She has been found safe in Bay County, Florida

On Tuesday, Mississippi State Representative DeKeither Stamps posted on Facebook pleading with the public to help him find his daughter.

17-year-old Kristian Stamps is missing, according to his post.

She was last seen in Enterprise, Alabama driving a 2008 Honda Accord.

Stamps is understandably emotional as he asks the public to help find Kristian, even appealing to anyone she might be with.

“If anybody has contact with my daughter, let her know I’m coming for you, we will find you and we will get you to safety, my goal in all of this is one that she’s safe and that we can get through this together as a family,” he said. “The folks my daughter is with, just know, I’m coming for her and we’re going to scour the whole earth until we ind her. It would behoove anybody who’s with her to tell her to come home.”

“We’ve activated every level of law enforcement from local to state to federal,” he said.

“We’ve got to find her. We’ve just got to find her.”

He appealed to Kristian’s friends from Enterprise High School as well.

“It aint wrong to tell something that’s important, because this is life and death right now,” he said.

Stamps is a former Marine and is still very connected in the military community.

“Lastly to all my military friends, we’ve taken matters into our own hands, but we’re not taking law enforcement into our own hands,” he said. “Y’all contact me. We’re working with the law enforcement, we’re not replacing the law enforcement at this time.”

Here is his latest video update on his missing daughter, posted around 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday (January 4th).
