Showers and perhaps a thunderstorm will affect mainly northwest portions of the area this morning as well, but expect rainfall to diminish for the most part this afternoon. It will be unusually warm with the potential to reach record high temperatures in the mid 80s.

Overnight, temps fall into the 60s with chances for patchy fog.
