Men use hammers to break into Byram jewelry store, steal 20K in jewelry

Police are searching for two men who used hammers to break into a Byram jewelry store over the weekend.

According to police, the burglars shattered the front glass door of Platinum Jewelers around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

They then used hammers to break the store’s glass cases and carry out about $20,000 worth of jewelry.
