The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 22-year-old Carter Blane Biven of Woodland, MS, in Chickasaw County.
He is described as a white male, six feet one inch tall, weighing 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen Tuesday, October 17, at about 12:30 am in the 600 block of County Road 416 in Chickasaw County, wearing a baseball cap, a green t-shirt, red and gray checkered flannel shirt, blue jeans, and boots.
Carter Blane Biven is believed to be in a 2013 blue Chevrolet Equinox bearing MS tag CHB8277 traveling in an unknown direction.
