Man who allegedly exposed himself to minors in Dollar General faces more charges

A man charged with aggravated stalking after witnesses said he exposed himself to minors inside a Dollar General in the Pine Belt is facing additional charges.

Justin Michael Riche was formally charged with 4 additional counts in Forrest County Justice Court.

Riche was charged with 3 counts of lustful touching, bond set at $75,000 on each count; and one count of sexual battery which carried a $100,000 bond.

Riche was originally charged with aggravated stalking and bond was set at $75,000, that charge stemmed from an incident at the Dollar General in Brooklyn earlier this week.

All of the charges stem from allegations of abuse of minor.

Justin Riche also had a prior conviction in Louisiana. He will remain in the Forrest County Adult Detention center. This is an ongoing investigation.
