Man Wanted In Wesson Truck Stop Murder Captured In Memphis

The suspect who has been on the run after allegedly shooting and killing a man outside of the Wesson truck stop has been arrested.

According to the Copiah County Sheriff’s Office 18-year-old Tarayvian Miller was captured in Memphis one hour ago. (Around 5:30 a.m. on May 17th)

Miller is being charged with the robbery of the Wesson Truck Stop and the murder of Vincent Ratliff.

Miller also carjacked another vehicle on the Martinsville Exit off I-55 in Wesson, MS, after attempting to carjack another vehicle in the same location and firing shots at that vehicle as it fled away from him.

Last night, Miller fled the area in a silver or gray Kia Sorento bearing a personalized Hinds County tag HUEMAES.

According to the Copiah County Sheriff’s Office he was captured this morning in Memphis.
