A man who allegedly shot at four tourists in Natchez has been charged with four counts of attempted murder and given a $2.1 million bond.
The Natchez Democrat reports that Jamal Lee Watson, 25, allegedly rode up on a bike and shot more than a dozen time at tourists outside the La Fiesta restaurant late Thursday. At his arraignment Monday, he was issued a $2,101,250 bond on multiple charges accumulated during the incident.
Watson’s charges are: four counts of attempted murder with extreme indifference to human life and shooting into a vehicle and shooting inside of city limits.
The victims were from Zachary, Louisiana, and did not know Watson, authorities said.
