On Thursday morning, August 10, Agents with 12th Circuit Court Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Hattiesburg Police STAR Team conducted a search warrant on Millpond Road in Hattiesburg.

NET Agents found over six pounds of a Schedule I substance along with Illicit prescription narcotics in the home.

Arrested in connection with this incident was Mr. Franko Moye. He was charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance along with Possession with Intent to Distribute of a Schedule II Substance.

Mr. Moye was also currently on Parole through the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) and MDOC was notified of the arrest for possible revocation of Mr. Moye’s parole.
