The incident happened around 8:30 a.m.
No one was hurt, and the suspect has been charged with aggravated assault with the intent to produce death.
39-year-old Terence Lee Barrow of Kaye Drive in Columbus was arrested, charged, and booked into the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center.
