60-year-old Darryl Thomas, of Hattiesburg, was arrested and charged with one count of commercial burglary, after being arrested for breaking into a restaurant on J.M. Tatum Industrial Drive around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

Thomas ran from the building, and was taken into custody by officers. Additional charges are pending in the ongoing investigation.

Thomas was booked in to the Forrest County Jail.
