Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade said that officers were called last night about someone shooting at or near the Jackson FBI Office.
Chief Wade said the suspect was arrested and charged with Being A Convicted Felon In Possession Of A Firearm and other charges.
The gun used had an obliterated serial number which is another federal charge.
“It was very disturbing. Why he did it, who knows? But we are so thankful we got this person in custody”
The Jackson Police Department is working in collaboration with the FBI on this investigation.
