Jackson Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 800 block of Lindbergh Drive.

Ernest Walters (age unknown) was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries after arriving at a local hospital.

Another 23-year-old black male was also shot twice at the same location while visiting. The victim was transported to a local hospital by AMR with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators gathered evidence from the scene and arrested 14-year-old Isaiah Myles. Myles is being charged with murder and aggravated assault.
