A suspect has been identified and arrested in a Sept. 1 homicide in Jackson.
Jackson Police Department says the fatal shooting occurred in the 1600 block of Raymond Road. The victim, Gregory Brown, was pronounced dead on scene.
Detectives identified Phillip Owens as the suspect in this case. Owens has been arrested and charged with Murder in connection to this case.
