After the storms that caused damage all over the Metro area, including killing a man from Canton, Jackson Fire Department was able to rescue someone trapped in a home.

On JFD’s Facebook page Friday were two photos and the simple sentences, “District 1 crews did an awesome job to free a resident from an entrapment. No serious injuries.”

It’s unclear who the person was or where the rescue took place as JFD didn’t go into further detail on Facebook, but we have reached out to them to find out more.
