The Hattiesburg Zoo welcomed a new addition yesterday.
A new giraffe, Grace, came to the zoo from the Audubon Species Survival Center.
She joins the other two giraffes, Sue Ellen and Alberta.
Grace is 2 1/2 years old and is the half-sister to Berta. They both share the same father.
The Hattiesburg Zoo said that Grace will be quarantined inside the giraffe barn for 30 days before joining Sue Ellen and Bertie in the yard.
Grace will be in the outdoor exhibit near mid-November if all goes well.
