Hattiesburg Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a runaway child.
8-year-old Kayden Kamari Lockhart, of Hattiesburg, ran away from his residence in the 3600 block of Campbell Scenic Drive, after attempting to be disciplined by a family member.
He was last seen today, March 2, around 5 p.m. according to family members, and was last seen wearing tan pants, a peach-colored shirt, and brown Timberland boots.
Members of the Hattiesburg Police and Fire Departments, as well as AAA Ambulance Service, are in the area attempting to locate the child.
