50-year-old Johnnie Bennett was last seen leaving Merit Health Wesley, on Nov. 4, when he was headed to work after being there with a family member.

According to family members, he could possibly be wearing a long sleeve black shirt, blue jeans with paint on them, and possibly a pair of New Balance tennis shoes that are white, blue and orange.

Mr. Bennett is described as 5’9, roughly 195 lbs., with brown eyes, bald and has a goatee.

Family members did not have any information on if Mr. Bennett left by bus or by vehicle, and said he has not been able to be reached by phone.
