A Harrison County man has been arrested on charges of touching a child for lustful purposes.
A release from Sheriff Troy Peterson says George Somers, 25, of Saucier, was arrested Tuesday after he admitted to molesting a 3-year-old relative. Authorities had received the report from Child Protective Services, and during the course of the investigation, Somers admitted what he had allegedly done.
Somers was arrested on a warrant and is now booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility. He is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
