The Port Gibson Police Department Investigation Division investigated an assault that happened at the 5-Star Gas Station located at 1076 US-61 on April 5.
After a thorough investigation, and watching surveillance video it was determined that an employee, 35-year-old Mohamed Al Mardahi, and a juvenile assaulted a customer.
Mohamed was arrested and transported to the police department for booking where he was charged with assault.
Charges for the juvenile will be referred over to the Claiborne County Youth Court.
