Friday Weather: 70s drop to 30s tonight

From the National Weather Service: A freeze is expected late tonight into Saturday morning, with wind chills potentially falling into the upper teens and lower 20s. Another freeze capable of producing significant damage to unprotected sensitive vegetation is expected Saturday night into Sunday morning. Temperatures during this time are expected to fall into the 20s across the entire area, with upper teens possible over the Golden Triangle area.

Today starts out sunny, with clouds and rain chances increasing throughout the day, with a chance of a few thunderstorms possible during the afternoon hours. Temps will reach the 70s before cooler temps begin to move in.

Clouds and the chance of rain will increase from the south late tonight into early Saturday morning, with highs from the upper 30s to mid 40s.
