Former Community College Employee Arrested On Child Exploitation Charges

On Tuesday, April 30, Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department Investigators developed probable cause to arrest a woman named Megan Leigh Boles on charges of Title 97 – Crimes; Chapter 5 – Offenses Affecting Children; § 97-5-33 Exploitation of children.
The Sun Herald reported that Boles worked at Pearl River Community College.
Boles was taken into custody without incident at the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department office.

All victims, and their families and/or guardians have been notified. Investigators do not believe any other victims will be discovered. However, should that change, those victims, and their families and/or guardians will be notified immediately.

Out of respect for the privacy, security, and healing process of the victims, and their families and/or guardians, the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department will release no further details
