WTVA reports that charges have been filed against five people involved in the viral video that showed a daycare worker scaring children with a scary mask.

The incident happened Tuesday, October 4th at Lil’ Blessings Daycare in Hamilton, Mississippi.

• Sierra McCandless is charged with three counts of Felony Child Abuse.
• Oci-Anna Kilburn is charged with three counts of Felony Child Abuse.
• Jennifer Newman is charged with three counts of Felony Child Abuse.
• Sheyenne Shelton is charged with three counts of Felony Child Abuse.
• Traci Hutson faces two misdemeanors: Failure to Report Abuse and Simple Assault Against a Minor.

According to WTVA, the owner of the daycare does not face any charges.
