On October 1, the Hattiesburg Police Department will be having the Deen & Tate End of Watch Memorial Ride.
The event will take place at Chain Park, for 55-mile escorted scenic (motorcycle and Jeep) ride through Forres and Lamar Counties, which will encompass the Deen and Tate Memorial Site, as well as the Benjamin D. Deen Memorial Highway, and ending at Paul B. Johnson State Park for lunch.
The proceeds from the event with be split between the Hattiesburg Police Department Benefit Fund, as well as The Greater Pine Belt Community Foundation’s Benjamin J. Deen & Liquori Tate Memorial Scholarship Fund.
