According to Vicksburg News, an electrical fire hit a 25-year-old church in Vicksburg on Sunday.

The fire broke out at Triumph Church around 6:20 p.m.

911 calls began coming in as smoke was filling up the church building.

The pastor of the church, Mike Fields, was there and was able to get people out of the church building.

Warren County firefighters learned that the fire was back in the ladies’ restrooms.

The exhaust fan was removed, and the building was ventilated.

The pastor said that the church is able to continue with services as usual.
