The Tunica Humane Society posted a heartwarming story on their page about a sweet reunion between a senior dog and her owner.
The dog, Belle, was in a truck that was stolen last week from the Shell Gas Station in Robinsville. The dog’s owner called the Tunica Humane Society frantic for help.
Shelter director let Captain Collins know that this was not just a stolen dog, but a senior dog and the owner was distraught.
“She was out there somewhere and we were passionate about finding her”
The Tunica Humane Society posted a large reward for Belle’s safe return.
Thankfully, it turns out that Belle was dropped off in Robinsonville and she was seen roaming the street close to the Hollywood Cafe.
Deputies with the Tunica Sheriff’s Department brought Bella to the shelter so Belle could be reuinted with her owner.
