According to the Scotty Ray Report, a deceased person was found on the side of the highway in a vehicle in Scooba.
The Scotty Ray Report said that the vehicle was found near Giles Road on Highway 16.
Witnesses told the reporter that the car had been there since last Friday.
The Scotty Ray Report said that there is a strong chance this could be a missing person from Alabama.
