Meet Butterbean, our Darkhorse Dog of the Week.

She is a sweet and playful pup currently up for adoption at the Brookhaven Animal Rescue League (BARL) in Mississippi.

Butterbean, a 2-year-old female weighing 48 pounds, is eager to find her forever home.

Her favorite pastime is fetching balls, and she will joyfully bring the ball back to you for endless playtime.

She also loves splashing around in a pool but, most of all, she dreams of finding a loving human to call her own.

After waiting patiently for 164 days, it’s Butterbean’s turn to find a forever family.
