Crystal Springs Police Warn About Man Wanted In Online Puppy Scam

The Crystal Springs Police Department is warning the public about a man named Jack Curtis Leonard III.

He is wanted for False Pretense by the Crystal Springs Police Department.

According to police, Leonard is listing puppies for sale on Facebook. He only communicates by Facebook messenger and asks people to send him money through CashApp.

Then he continues to ask for more money for vet bills for the puppies, etc.

The police department said that individuals always need to be careful when online.
