Clinton Man Killed In Vicksburg Wreck

According to www.vicksburgnews.com, a Clinton man died in a wreck in Vicksburg.

The crash happened on I-20 East and involved a single-vehicle accident just before the Halls Ferry exit on Monday morning.

Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey said the wreck happened around 4:30 a.m. and was being driven by 32-year-old Clayton Kabbes, of Clinton.

His vehicle left the roadway, rolled, and stopped just before the Halls Ferry exit on I-20 East.

The driver had two dogs with him, and the coroner was able to rescue one of the dogs. The other dog ran away near the area of the Red Roof Inn on Pemberton at I-20. It was last seen running east down the interstate near the Holiday Inn Express and El Sombrero.
