The City of Pearl is taking applications and proposals for an artist to design a mural on a building.
The mural will be painted on the north side of the Old High School Gym behind City Hall.
A post on Facebook said,
“The Mural will be an integral part in our Midtown Pearl District as we embrace the rich history of Pearl. The mural will not only be a statement for the Midtown Pearl District but a narrative for Pearl.

The deadline to submit a proposal is November 20.
