On February 28, shortly after 8:00 pm Jackson Police Officers responded to the 300 block of Valley Street regarding an Aggravated Assault and Shooting into An Occupied Dwelling.
The victim, a juvenile reported she was shot while lying in bed at her house.
Suspects Qunitarus Lewis and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested.
Lewis was charged with Aggravated Assault, Shooting into An Occupied Dwelling and Drive-By Shooting.
His bond was set at $450,000.00.
The juvenile suspect was charged with Aggravated Assault, Shooting into An Occupied Dwelling, Drive-By Shooting, Possession of Stolen Firearm, and Felony Fleeing.
His bond was set at $500,000.00.
