On Saturday, December 3, at 7:58 a.m. Brandon Police Officers responded to a burglary in progress at Burgers and Blues in downtown Brandon.

Once on scene, officers discovered the suspect, identified as THE GRINCH inside the business attempting to steal Christmas presents.

After taking the Grinch into custody, officers discovered stickers with “DAIL” in his possession. ‘

These stickers were placed on Brandon Police Department‘s new patrol cars unveiled at the Brandon Christmas Parade on December 2.

GRINCH is being charged with burglary and tampering with government property for putting “DAIL” stickers on patrol cars. He is being held without bond.

The investigation is ongoing.
