Chris “Biskit” Woodard, the father of Johnathan Woodard (Crossroads VFD), was involved in a bad traffic accident last week.
Woodard was a mechanic at Central Repair who worked on the Raymond Fire Trucks for years and has on our fire trucks for years and has always helped the Volunteer Fire Departments out fixing equipment.
He currently teaches automotive for Hinds CC.
The Fire Department described Woodard as someone who would “do anything for anybody and now”. They said he is now in need of help, after all of the help he has given to others.
A blood drive will be held on April 25th for Chris Woodard at the Hinds County Community College, Raymond campus.
The bus will be parked between the wellness center and the cafeteria.
All donors will receive a $10 gift card.
Woodard has a lot of surgeries coming up and will need a lot of blood. If you are able to donate for him and need other dates to participate, remember to please use his code EI89 when donating.
