Jackson Police Department needs help with information related to the September 2021 death of Christopher Johnson who was fatally shot at Lynch St. and Hwy 80W.
According to Public Information Officer Sam Brown, Johnson was shot multiple times and died of his injuries after he had reached Merit Health.
Police have identified a vehicle believed to have been involved. It was later recovered at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Flag Chapel Rd.
JPD has released a photo of the same vehicle from the night of the incident. The individuals just behind it are believed to be involved.
